Adamawa Civil Service Commission releases list of shortlisted candidates, announces CBT exam schedule

The Adamawa State Civil Service Commission is set to begin Computer-Based Test (CBT) examinations for applicants who successfully passed the screening process for various positions within the state workforce.

The examination will take place starting July 31, 2025, at 13 designated JAMB centers throughout the state.

Candidates who qualify will receive notifications via email and SMS starting July 25, 2025, which will include a link to print their examination slips.

These slips will provide essential details such as the examination center, date, time, and other pertinent information.

A statement by the Permanent Secretary, Abubakar Maiha on behalf of the commission, said candidates are encouraged to arrive at their assigned centers at least one hour prior to the exam for biometric verification.

The statement said the candidates must bring their examination slips and National Identification Number (NIN) slips for identification.

The statement also mentioned that if a candidate does not receive an email or SMS, they can retrieve their examination slip by visiting ( csc.ad.gov.ng/slip) and entering their email address or NIN.

The Adamawa State Civil Service Commission assured all candidates of a fair and transparent recruitment process.

Successful applicants should take note of the following examination dates and centers:

1. July 31 to August 1, 2025
– Candidates from: Yola North, Yola South, Fufore, Girei
– Exam Centers: Lamido Zubairu, FCE Yola, GMMC Yola, and Damdu Yola.

2. August 4 to 5, 2025
– Candidates from: Mubi North, Mubi South, Maiha, Michika, Madagali, Demsa
– Exam Centers: ADSU Mubi, Federal Polytechnic Mubi, and Amjad CBT Center.

3. August 4 to 5, 2025
– Candidates from: Hong, Gombi
– Exam Center: College of Education, Hong.

4. August 7 to 8, 2025
– Candidates from: Numan, Shelleng, Lamurde, Guyuk
– Exam Centers: Villanova Government College, Numan and College of Health, Numan.

5. August 7 to 8, 2025
– Candidates from: Mayo-Belwa
– Exam Center: Mayo-Belwa Center.

6. August 7 to 8, 2025
– Candidates from: Jada
– Exam Centers: Abubakar Abba Secondary School and Jada Day Secondary School.

7. August 7 to 8, 2025
– Candidates from: Ganye, Toungo
– Exam Centers: FGGC Ganye and GMMC Yola.

8. August 9, 2025
– This day is reserved for all candidates who were absent from any local government area.
– Exam Center: GMMC Yola.

The statement emphasizes that all candidates must arrive at their designated centers by 7:30 AM, bringing their exam slip, a valid ID, and necessary writing materials.

Late arrivals may be prohibited from taking the exam.
