The Adamawa State Civil Service Commission has denied recent rumours suggesting that recruitment slots were being allocated to political office holders, labeling the claims as false and misleading.
In an official statement signed by the Permanent Secretary, Abubakar Umar Maiha, the Commission emphasized that no individual or political figure has been granted special recruitment privileges.
“The Commission categorically states that no recruitment slots have been allocated to any individual or political office holder,” the statement read.
The clarification comes amid widespread speculation regarding the integrity of the ongoing recruitment process.

The Commission reaffirmed its adherence to the directive of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, stressing that the exercise will remain transparent and merit-driven.

The Commission also noted that details about the next phase of the recruitment exercise will be announced in due course.
