The Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has announced the commencement of the 2025/2026 Onshore Scholarship Award for eligible beneficiaries from the Niger Delta region. The scholarship, aimed at fostering human capital development, is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Nigerian public and private tertiary institutions.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
– Be beneficiaries of the PAP (ex-agitators or individuals from impacted communities) from the nine Niger Delta states: **Ondo, Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Imo, Abia, Akwa-Ibom, and Cross River.
– For undergraduate programmes:
– Have sat for the 2025 UTME and be new entrants into 100-level programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
– Possess a valid UTME result with a minimum score (typically around 200, as specified by PAP).
– Awaiting results for WAEC or NECO are not eligible.

– For postgraduate programmes:
– Be new entrants into their courses for the 2025/2026 academic session.

– Monthly In-Training Allowance (ITA) and Book Allowance.
