RMI’s Energy Transition Academy (ETA) has officially opened applications for its prestigious Global Women in Clean Energy Fellowship Program, targeting Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Zambia. The virtual program, set to kick off on June 16, 2025, is designed to empower women in clean energy by equipping them with cutting-edge skills, leadership development, and global mentorship directly contributing to the future of sustainable energy in Africa.
This highly anticipated five-month fellowship is tailored for women professionals who are passionate about driving change in the energy sector. Beyond technical knowledge, the fellowship offers immersive leadership and project management workshops, preparing participants to spearhead impactful initiatives. A defining feature of the program is its capstone project, which requires fellows to propose and develop real-world solutions addressing local energy gaps solutions that could ultimately be implemented in their communities.
