“Pa. E.K. Clark had a charming personality; he was a committed crusader, fearless fighter, and courageous man who dared and spoke truth to power, not minding whose ox is gored.
“He made significant contributions to the politics and development of Delta State and Nigeria at large, as a commissioner in different ministries in the defunct Midwestern Region, later as a federal commissioner and senator.
“As PANDEF leader, he braced up and staked the demands of the minority groups of the Niger Delta region very clearly and bravely,” the lawmaker added.
Rep. Ukodhiko prayed for the repose of the soul of the late Ijaw national leader, and the strength for the family to bear the irreparable loss.
