The Chaplain of the 3 Brigade Nigeria Army Protestant Church, Maj. (Rev.) P.A. Oladoke has urged the military officers to seek God in their place of primary assignments in order to be victorious.

Maj. Oladoke gave the charge on Sunday during an inter-dominational thanksgiving service to mark the Armed Forces Remembrance Day at the Nigerian Airforce Protestant Church in Kano.

He emphasised on the spirit of togetherness and tasked them to understand that victory comes from God, hence the need to seek and let Him take the lead for a sure victory.

Admonishing military officers from the book of Joshua 1:1-7, he said God is able to give power to face any authority and victory against any form of insecurity bedeviling the country such as banditry and kidnapping.

While calling on the wives of serving military officers to remain steadfast in praying for their spouses victory, he tasked the officers to remain courageous, disciplined and always have a place for God in their hearts to be able to stand strong.

Commander 403 Flying Training School, Group Capt. M.K Nanle, urged the armed forces to redidicate themselves to service, so that the sacrifices of the fallen heroes will not be in vein.

While calling for more public support, he said it goes a long way in helping serving military officers to perform their various responsibilities.

Also, the Chief of Staff 3 Brigade, Bukavu Barracks, Col. John Idakwu, tasked the officers to allow God to take the lead and follow God’s instructions to secure victory in their assignments.
