Zenith Bank Plc has announced the successful migration and upgrading of its technology infrastructure, assuring the bank’s customers of optimal and improved service delivery.
Zenith Bank said that following the successful upgrade of its technology infrastructure, the bank now boasts the best technology infrastructure in the banking industry, positioning the bank to provide an exceptional customer experience and superior service delivery moving forward.
The Bank announced the completion of its technology infrastructure upgrade in a social media post on Wednesday, signed by its Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Adaora Umeoji.
Dr. Umeoji while commending the Bank’s customers for their support and patience throughout the upgrade process, also extended the bank’s apologies for any inconveniences the customers experienced during the upgrade period.
The Zenith Bank chief executive emphasized the bank’s commitment to delivering an unparalleled service experience, stating “we undertook this upgrade to ensure we can offer our customers the best possible service.”
