West Ham United have recently contacted Villareal striker, Arnaut Danjuma over a possible switch to the English Premier League, The Trumpet gathered.
Danjuma has been on the radar of the Hammers with the player’s agent insisting that the deal may not sail through owing to disagreement on personal terms.
“It is very unlikely that Danjuma will go to West Ham,” the player’s agent, Michael Moses told Cadena SER.
The 25-year-old joined Villareal last season’s summer from Bournemouth for a fee reportedly circa €23.50.
Danjuma since joining the Spanish club has featured 54 times and has scored 17 goals in all competitions.
The striker, who opted to play for the Dutch national team ahead of the Nigerian Super Eagles, netted the lone goal against Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final match last season.

Although the player was unable to find the back of the net against Liverpool in both legs of the Champions League semifinal clashes, he netted 16 times in 34 appearances for the Yellow Submarine last season.
However, a report has revealed that the West Ham boss, David Moyes has blocked an impending move for the player, who is not his prime target on his list of transfers.
According to a report from an English media outlet, Moyes needs a striker to compete with Michail Antonio in the centre-forward position with the Chelsea’s Armando Broja emerging as a prime target.
In Moyes’ list, former Manchester United Jesse Lingard and Sevilla Youssef En-Nesyri are reportedly linked with a move to Goodison Park.
Nevertheless, Danjuma, who has also been linked with the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool according to Sports Mole, is now valued at around €45m (£38.8m) by the La Liga club.
