Enugu State has launched an interactive website to showcase community and grassroots developments including amenities and infrastructure.
General Manager of the Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA), Chief Monday Ani, unveiled the official website on Monday, in Enugu.
Ani said that the website would make for easy accessibility of vital information about the agency’s activities to the general public.
According to him, the agency is the state government’s funded body, with the mandate of executing community and grassroots Intervention projects, largely beneficial to the poor and vulnerable.
He said that the agency is currently carrying out the World Bank’s Nigerian Community Action Resilience and Economic Stimuli (NG-CARES) programmes across communities of the state.
“The website, with the official page name – csda.en.gov.ng – has special unique features which includes digital portal and statewide project visibility and transparency.
“Other features include interactive project mapping and geographic visibility; local government areas and ward-level project exploration and projects information, images and community visibility, among others,” he said.

Ani said that the listed features are connecting dots to its central functional values being delivered by the agency.
He said that residents needed to visit the site, search for vital information about the agency and its operational procedures.
“Residents should visit the website to know what Governor Peter Mbah, has done and is still doing for the communities of Enugu State, especially the rural areas, through the agency,” he said.
He further said that the operation 2.0 of NG-CARES would be more beneficial to the communities.
The general manager urged the public to always visit the website for vital information and procedures on the activities of the agency.
