Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has accused social media critic Martins Vincent Otse of damaging her image during the controversy surrounding her late sister’s case.
In a viral video circulating online, the reality TV star expressed anger over claims allegedly made by VDM during the period following the death of her younger sister, Ruth Otabor, who reportedly died after sustaining injuries in a road accident near Auchi Polytechnic last year.
Phyna alleged that VDM falsely claimed she demanded ₦1 billion from the Dangote Group during the incident, insisting that no such conversation ever took place.
“VDM came out and started saying the opposite of what happened. I can never forgive him because of my sister’s case. He turned me into a bad person,” she said in the video.
The former Big Brother Naija winner further alleged that their fallout began after she rejected advances from the activist.
“He is someone I held in high esteem, and he switched up on me. When I came online and saw that he said I requested ₦1 billion during my late sister’s case, I was shocked because that conversation never happened.
“Maybe because he said he wanted to sleep with me and I didn’t accept, that was why he started holding grudges against me,” she alleged while also sharing screenshots she claimed supported her accusations.
