Renowned Christian cleric Isa El-Buba and members of his ministry team have visited Jos following the recent deadly attack, bringing comfort and solidarity to affected residents.
The delegation made its way to Angwan Rukuba Road, where they met with families impacted by the violence. The visit was marked by heartfelt prayers, words of encouragement, and emotional support for those grieving the loss of loved ones.
Witnesses described the atmosphere as deeply solemn but filled with a sense of unity and hope, as the cleric and his team stood side by side with victims during their time of mourning.

Speaking during the outreach, Prophet El-Buba stressed that true faith must go beyond preaching and be reflected in compassionate action, especially in moments of crisis.
“We are here to mourn with those who mourn, to pray with them, and to remind them that they are not alone,” a member of the team said. “The Gospel is not only preached, it is demonstrated through compassion and action.”
Beyond offering comfort, the cleric and his team called on government and security agencies to act swiftly in addressing the situation. They urged authorities to bring perpetrators to justice and strengthen security measures to prevent further attacks.
“The safety of innocent citizens must remain a top priority,” the group stated, emphasizing that urgent intervention is key to restoring peace and rebuilding trust within affected communities.
The visit has reignited calls for unity, justice, and sustained protection of vulnerable populations across Jos and surrounding areas, as residents continue to grapple with the aftermath of the violence.
As the community mourns, the outreach carries a clear message: even in the face of tragedy, acts of love and solidarity remain powerful tools for healing.
