Nigerian relationship coach and influencer Blessing Okoro, known as Blessing CEO, is facing significant criticism online due to allegations that she faked a cancer diagnosis to solicit donations.
The controversy erupted around March 25, 2026, when Okoro posted emotional messages on social media claiming she had been diagnosed with a severe cancer.
She stated that a lump had spread significantly and asked her followers for urgent financial help, providing her bank details for contributions.
However, businessman Chidi Mike challenged her claims, accusing her of using recycled medical reports.
He asserted that the documents she shared closely resembled an existing report from Xinus Medical Diagnostics, which belonged to another patient diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma.

Mike further alleged that the original patient’s medical details had been altered to include Okoro’s name and personal information, and that the original patient had since recovered.
This situation has led to public outrage, with many social media users demanding accountability.
The family of the alleged original patient has reportedly initiated legal action, seeking a public apology through their lawyers and warning of potential legal consequences for what they describe as fraud and identity theft.
Currently, Blessing Okoro has not publicly addressed the accusations, which has only intensified speculation and criticism.
There are ongoing calls for refunds, investigations, and even potential arrest trending online.
