Security operatives have arrested a suspected bandit known online as Sule Yellow, who gained notoriety on the social media platform TikTok after allegedly displaying kidnapping activities and ransom money during livestream broadcasts.
Sule Yellow first drew widespread attention after appearing in a TikTok livestream that went viral on March 4. In the footage, he appeared alongside another suspected bandit identified as Auta and other members of their group. During the broadcast, the men allegedly discussed their activities and boasted about carrying out kidnappings.
A separate video circulating on X shows Sule Yellow in handcuffs while surrounded by soldiers who questioned him about weapons reportedly belonging to the group.
The footage also shows security operatives displaying a polythene bag believed to contain ransom money allegedly recovered from a kidnapping operation linked to the gang.
