Foreign election observers on Saturday arrived at Polling Units 081 and 080 at the LEA Primary School, Utako, to monitor the ongoing area council elections in the Federal Capital Territory.
The observers were seen interacting with electoral officials and security personnel while assessing the accreditation and voting process at the polling centre.
Their presence is aimed at evaluating compliance with electoral guidelines and international best practices.
