As Christians begin fasting with the marking of Ash Wednesday today, the Senator representing Taraba Central Senatorial District Sen. Haruna Manu has sought for divine intervention in the holy month.
The former Taraba State deputy governor made this disclosure in a goodwill message to Christians.
He advised Christians to use this sacred period to pray for one united Nigeria and against insecurity.

“It’s my fervent wish that your prayers are answered and you obtain positive spiritual upliftment as you seek the face of Almighty God.
“Wishing you a rancour holy period as we all fast for our common good,” the senator said.
