Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi is on track for a £20 million transfer to Manchester City, with the England international scheduled for a medical examination on Sunday.
The 25-year-old has already reached an agreement on personal terms with the Premier League champions.
City initiated discussions with Guehi earlier this month due to injuries affecting defenders Josko Gvardiol and Ruben Dias.
The Palace captain, who has attracted interest from several top European clubs, was out of contract this summer and nearly joined Liverpool last year.
Guehi played a key role in leading the South London club to their first major trophy, securing victory against City in the FA Cup final at Wembley.

A product of Chelsea’s academy, he has made 188 appearances for Palace since transferring from Swansea in 2020, including 33 matches this season as the team embarked on their inaugural Europa Conference League campaign.
This transfer is believed to have prompted Palace manager Oliver Glasner to announce on Friday that he will depart the club at the end of the season.
City has also signed Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth for £62.5m this month.
