A Lagos-based father, Samuel Alozie, popularly known as Promise Samuel on TikTok, has raised alarm and demanded justice following the mysterious deaths of his nine-month-old identical twin sons, Testimony and Timothy, barely 24 hours after they were reportedly given routine immunisation at the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State.
The heartbreaking incident sparked nationwide outrage on Wednesday after Alozie shared a viral video on TikTok showing the lifeless bodies of his twin boys laid in separate body bags. In the video caption, the grieving father accused health workers of causing the deaths of his children through injections administered at the government-owned facility.
“This is the result of the immunisation… they killed my twin boys with injections,” he wrote.
In a follow-up video posted on Thursday via his TikTok handle, promise.samuel099, Alozie narrated in detail how the tragedy unfolded.
According to him, he took the twins to the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre on the morning of December 24, 2025, for what he described as their routine immunisation, as he had consistently done since their birth.
He alleged that shortly after the injections were administered, both babies became unusually weak, lethargic, and unable to eat, play, or respond as they normally would.
Alozie said the nurse on duty advised him to administer paracetamol if the babies developed fever, a directive he said he followed alongside his wife after returning home.
“After the injection, they were very weak. We gave them paracetamol as the nurse instructed us. We even bathed them to calm the temperature. Nothing worked,” he said.

Tragically, both children reportedly died simultaneously in the early hours of Christmas Day, December 25.
“They died at the same time. The drug weakened them to the extent that they couldn’t eat, couldn’t play, couldn’t even disturb as they used to,” Alozie lamented.
The distraught father accused the health centre staff and the government of negligence, alleging that expired, fake, or overdosed vaccines may have been administered to his children.
“My children were strong and healthy. They were not sick. I only took them for immunisation because I wanted to do the right thing. Now they are dead,” he said tearfully.
Alozie further alleged that the nurse who administered the injections was not the regular health worker who usually attended to his children and claimed that, without his consent, the twins were also given deworming tablets.
“You gave my nine-month-old children worm medicine without telling me or asking for my consent. Did I complain of worms? Did I ask for deworming drugs?” he queried.
He dismissed claims allegedly made by the health centre that the babies died due to “food bacteria,” describing such explanations as “insulting and illogical.”
“How can food they have been eating for months suddenly kill them in one day?” he asked.
While the Lagos State Ministry of Health and the Lagos State Primary Health Care Board are yet to issue an official statement or disclose autopsy findings, Alozie expressed fear that the investigation may be compromised.
“This is government investigating government. I’m scared the results will be manipulated to protect the health centre,” he said.
In an emotional appeal, Alozie called on lawyers, civil society organisations, and human rights activists to intervene, saying he lacks the financial resources to pursue justice alone.
“If you are a lawyer or human rights advocate, please help me. I don’t have money, but I have people. I need justice for my children,” he pleaded.
He added that although the twins had already been buried, he believed their spirits would not find peace until justice was served.
