Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has named Prof. Musibau Babatunde as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG) after the removal of Prof. Olanike Adeyemo from her role, effective immediately.
The announcement was disclosed in a statement issued on Monday in Ibadan by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Dr. Sulaimon Olanrewaju.

The statement also indicated that Mr. Seun Ashamu has been moved from the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources to the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning.
Furthermore, the governor has nominated his Senior Special Assistant on Public Works, Ademola Aderinto, as a commissioner-designate, who will be presented to the Oyo State House of Assembly for approval.
The statement also revealed the appointments of Mr. Abiodun Adedoja as Special Adviser on Energy Security and Kolawole Akanmu as Senior Special Assistant on Budget and Economic Planning.
