Senator Ned Nwoko has clarified that he does not want his estranged sixth wife, Regina Daniels, to return home.
Instead, he insists she should go back to rehab for medical treatment.
Sen. Nwoko claims Regina has been battling substance abuse for some time, and his push for her to get help has contributed to their marital problems.
In a statement released through his communication team and shared on social media this morning, Sen. Nwoko denied reports that he has been in contact with Regina via WhatsApp since their separation.
He mentioned that Regina’s behavior has worsened over the past eight months, during which she has formed friendships with people, including Phyna, whom he alleges have encouraged her drug use.

He dismisses Regina’s claim that he introduced her to drugs to boost her sexual performance as a “figment of her imagination” that cannot be substantiated.
Furthermore, Sen. Nwoko pointed out that Regina has acted irrationally, even recording him just before he used the bathroom in their bedroom and posting the video online.
He emphasised that Regina’s primary focus should be on seeking rehabilitation so she can be there for their two sons.
