Veteran Nollywood actor Pete Edochie has stirred conversation after recounting a personal experience linking his prayers to political success.
Speaking during a chat with popular streamer Peller in Enugu, the actor said several individuals he has prayed for, across different walks of life, have gone on to achieve success.
Edochie narrated an incident that occurred about two years ago when six political aspirants visited his residence seeking spiritual support ahead of their elections. According to him, the visitors came bearing traditional items, including a ram and kolanuts.
He explained that after offering prayers on their behalf, all six candidates eventually emerged victorious in their respective contests.

The actor emphasized that he does not consider the outcome a coincidence, noting that similar experiences have occurred repeatedly over time. He attributed such results to his deep faith and what he believes is consistent divine intervention.
Edochie added that he remains grateful to God for answering his prayers, stating that requests he makes on behalf of others often yield positive outcomes.
His remarks highlight his strong spiritual convictions and have sparked discussions about the role of faith and personal belief in influencing success, particularly within Nigeria’s political landscape.
