15Wins Ventures, a Dutch-based venture builder, has launched a new facility in Lagos designed to fuel the entrepreneurial spirit of Nigerian youth. The facility, known as Z-Habitat Hub, aims to empower emerging innovators and tech enthusiasts through hands-on workshops, mentorship programs, and dynamic networking events, making it a game-changer for the local startup ecosystem.
During the unveiling ceremony, Bengt van Loosdrecht, the Netherlands’ Ambassador to Nigeria, expressed enthusiasm for the hub’s potential to uplift underserved communities by creating equitable opportunities. He highlighted that Nigeria’s booming private sector, driven by young, ambitious, and educated individuals, is set to benefit immensely from a facility like Z-Habitat Hub.
“Nigeria’s youth have an exciting future ahead, and hubs like Z-Habitat offer them the kind of innovative environment found in rapidly growing tech regions worldwide,” Loosdrecht stated, signaling the Netherlands’ commitment to supporting Nigeria’s growing digital economy.
15Wins Ventures CEO, Nelson Ajulo, shared that Z-Habitat Hub aligns with the company’s long-term vision to create sustainable foundations for tech growth in Africa. “Our aim is to bridge resources between the Netherlands and local Nigerian talent, empowering them to transform ideas into impactful solutions,” Ajulo noted.

The hub will support Nigerian entrepreneurs by providing vital resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities crucial for startup success. This initiative builds on 15Wins’ previous achievements, including the Zarttalent program, which has trained nearly 500 students and awarded scholarships to underrepresented women in Nigeria.
“With Z-Habitat, we are scaling our commitment to empowering Nigeria’s youth and driving real, positive change within the community,” Ajulo said.
As Lagos cements its status as a tech and innovation powerhouse, Z-Habitat Hub is poised to become a central player in shaping the next wave of Nigerian tech talent. The hub will support entrepreneurs looking to make a lasting impact, fostering a collaborative environment where technology and creativity intersect with business acumen.
