Ten governors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have arrived in Asaba, Delta State, ahead of the formal reception of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and his predecessor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, into the ruling party.
A close aid of Oborewori disclosed that already on ground is Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State, joined by Governors Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti), Bassey Otu (Cross River), Monday Okpebholo (Edo), Ahmed Usman Ododo (Kogi), Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq (Kwara), Mai Mala Buni (Yobe), Dikko Radda (Katsina), and Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya (Gombe).

The APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, alongside former party chairman, Senator Adams Oshiomhole, has also arrived for the event.
At the time of filing this report, more APC governors and party leaders were still being expected, signaling a major political realignment in Delta State.
