Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz recently shared insights about his life as a father, touching on his relationships with his children’s mothers and the challenges of raising kids in the public eye.
In a viral conversation, Diamond confessed that he has multiple children, but not all of them are his biological kids.
Despite this, he emphasizes his role as a father. “I know I have kids. But I also know that some aren’t mine. However, I take care of them,” he explained.
When asked about the total number of his children, he answered uncertainly, mentioning “four to five, maybe six,” and joked about the complexity of the situation.
What stood out in his comments was his strong commitment to being a supportive parent. “I really try my best to take good care of them,” he stated.
Diamond talked positively about his relationships with the mothers of his children, saying there is no conflict between them.

“I’m very cool with all my baby mamas. They care about me, and I’m a good person to them,” he shared.
However, he acknowledged some tension, especially from the men in his baby mamas’ lives, saying, “sometimes their partners get mad at me, thinking something is going on. But there’s nothing between us.”
When asked if he could reconnect with any of his exes, he humorously answered, “definitely,” but then quickly corrected himself, reiterating, “No, no, no… It’s not like that.”
Finally, Diamond stressed how important it is to have respectful and peaceful relationships with the mothers of his children.
He believes you can maintain a good connection with them, regardless of the circumstances surrounding their relationships.
