Barely four days after a fuel-laden tanker had a failed brake, killing five persons with several vehicles destroyed, in Boji-Boji Owa, Ika Northeast Local Government Area of Delta State, an unidentified young man has been crushed to death in Ime-Obi, Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of the State.
Although the details are very sketchy, the head of the victim was shattered as a result of the accident.
It would be recalled that the death toll from the tanker accident which occurred in Boji-Boji Owa, Agbor in Ika Northeast Local Government Area has risen to five according to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
The Sector Commander of FRSC in the State, Ibrahim Abubakar, disclosed that three male adults, a female, and a child died in the tanker accident.
Meanwhile, a gasoline tanker exploded just yesterday along the expressway near Ohoror Community in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, destroying several houses and leaving some persons dead.
