In a shocking revelation, an additional N87 billion has been linked to former Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, sparking public outrage and calls for accountability.
A former permanent secretary (name withheld), who served under Okowa and is currently serving under Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, allegedly implicated the embattled governor who was detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
