NNPCL relieves Umar Ajiya as CFO, appoints Adedapo Segun

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has announced the dismissal of Umar Ajiya as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with Mr. Adedapo A. Segun named as his replacement. Previously, Segun served as Executive Vice President for Downstream, significantly enhancing NNPCL’s downstream operations.

Additionally, NNPCL has appointed Mr. Isiyaku Abdullahi as Executive Vice President (EVP) for Downstream and Mr. Udobong Ntia as EVP for Upstream.

In a statement, Olufemi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Ltd., emphasized that these strategic leadership appointments underscore NNPCL’s commitment to improved corporate governance and operational efficiency.
