Appeals against sending native doctors to a gathering of brilliant minds

Distinguished Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, Delta State governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Deputy President of the Senate has appealed to the Isoko people to desist from sending a native doctor to the gathering met for intellectually and educationally sound individuals to the senate.

He said if the people desire someone to replicate his performance for Delta central in Delta south, then, they must make sure they support and vote for Hon Joel-Onowakpo Thomas, Delta south APC senatorial candidate, in the forthcoming elections.

The Delta State APC gubernatorial candidate in a statement at Ozoro, to intimate a vast majority of Deltans yearning for change during the Delta state APC gubernatorial campaign, noted it would be catastrophic to send someone who does not understand the nitty-gritty of lawmaking to the Red Chamber of the National Assembly in this era.

According to the distinguished Deputy President of the Senate, there is a lot of politicking in the Red Chamber and if a representative is not grounded, he would be inconsequential in the scheme of affairs, stressing that Joel-Onowakpo remains the only candidate whose public profile and brilliance can carve a niche for Delta south in the senate.
