Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has conceded that Jadon Sancho might have played his final match for the club. This decision would stand if the player fails to apologize for his wrongdoing, specifically, criticizing his coach on social media.
In the meantime, Sancho has been instructed to train separately from the senior squad.
During an interview with the media, when asked about the player’s return to the squad, Ten Hag replied, “I’m uncertain. We have a crucial match against Brighton, and we’re entering a busy stretch of games. My primary focus is on that. Currently, he’s unavailable, so he isn’t a consideration because he can’t contribute.

“This isn’t about me being strict. No, it’s about the team. I’m not dwelling on Sancho’s social media post because I have to win the upcoming match against Brighton. That’s my sole focus. I’m dedicated to guiding and preparing the available players,” the manager added.
11th-placed Manchester United will host 6th-placed Brighton at Old Trafford in their fifth Premier League game of the season. In the last five meetings between both clubs, the Red Devils have fallen behind Brighton, who have won 3 of the 5 encounters.
