Air Peace begins international flights from new MMIA terminal II

Air Peace has commenced flight operations from the newly commissioned Terminal II of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos.
The airline operated its 7:00 hours Lagos to Accra flight from the new MMIA terminal on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, thereby becoming the first airline to begin regional flights on that route.
In a statement issued by its spokesman, Stanley Olisa and made available to The Trumpet, Air Peace notified the flying public that from April 19, 2022, its international and regional flight departures would now be at the Terminal II of the

“We are delighted to be the first airline to operate a flight at the newly commissioned MMIA Terminal II and going forward, all our regional and international departures will be from the new terminal. We commend the Federal Government for the feat and Air Peace will continue to blaze the trail,” the statement reads.
He stated that passengers flying to Accra, Banjul, Freetown, Douala, Dakar, Johannesburg and Dubai were henceforth expected to proceed to the new terminal for ticketing, check-in and boarding.
“Our personnel are on ground and ready to assist the passengers to ensure that they seamlessly adjust to the new development,” the statement added.
