We’re not recruiting primary school teachers—Ondo Govt

The Ondo State Government has disclosed as untrue the information flying around about the currently recruiting of primary schools teachers.

Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) in a statement by its Head of Press and Information, Bisi Agboola, refuted the information circulating that the board will be conducting screening examinations to employ primary school teachers.

SUBEB revealed that in the last one week, the information had been filtering on a fake website and Twitter. SUBEB characterized the information as untrue and advised members of the public to disregard the information as it was meant to defraud the unsuspecting applicants.

Recall that the Ondo state government had recently approved the recruitment of about a thousand two hundred qualified teachers to fill some vacant positions in the primary schools across the eighteen local government council areas.
