Another Catholic priest kidnapped, killed in Edo

Reverend Father Christopher Odia, abducted Sunday morning by suspected herders has been found dead.

The Catholic priest was kidnapped in Ikabigbo community, Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State and was later found dead by members of Jattu Vigilance group.

The herdsmen had reportedly invaded the residence of the priest while he was getting ready for Sunday Mass, taking him away

They had also shot three of the community boys searching for the clergyman, one of the whom died immediately. The other two were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
