Ibori, others eulogy late Captain Okunbo on first memorial thanksgiving service

Former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, has described late philanthropist, Captain Wells Idahosa Okunbo (aka Captain Hosa), as a man who in his lifetime could be relied on in times of need as he always showed interest in being of help to anyone in need that he comes in contact with.
He was speaking at the occasion of the first memorial thanksgiving service of the late Captain Okunbo held inside his multimillion naira facility, Wells Hosa Greenhouse Farm situated on the Benin-Sapele bypass.
Ibori recalled that his relationship with the deceased was as strong as if they were siblings from the same family. He gave instances when Captain Hosa stretched forth his hand of assistance not minding that the help he was rendering may cause him some inconveniences.

He appealed to the members of the deceased family to be united and endeavour to carry on doing good deeds just like their loved patriarch was doing. One after the other, guests at the high-octane event came up to the podium to disclose how Captain Hosa had touched their lives positively by his act of giving.
In her speech, the first daughter of Captain Okunbo, who is the Olori Atuwatse of Warri, assured the guests that the family will forever cherish the good name that her late dad bequeathed to them.
Guests who graced the epoch occasion include Chief James Onanefe Ibori, the former Governor of Delta State; Comrade Philip Shaibu, Deputy Governor of Edo State; Barrister Olumide Akpata, President of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA); Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, former governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State; Apostle Charles Osazuwa, General Overseer of the Rock of Ages Christian Assembly; Osarodion Ogie Esq, the Secretary to the Edo State Government (SSG); Pastor Margaret Agbonifo, Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria(PFN), Edo State Chapter and a host of other high net worth personalities from across the country.
