Breaking: PDP sets to name replacement for Umahi, deputy

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is set to announce replacements for the sacked governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi and his deputy, Eric Igwe

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja today asked both to vacate their seats on the ground that they took away PDP mandate to APC.

The court asked the INEC to conduct a fresh election and that the PDP submit to INEC new names of governorship and running mate for a new poll.

The PDP national chairman, Dr. Iyiorchia Ayu will soon name the replacement at a press briefing to be addressed soon
