Pasuma’s manager arrested for alleged N75m embezzlement

Popular Fuji Superstar artiste, Alhaji, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma’s manager has been arrested allegedly for the embezzlement of booking funds of N75 million.

Earlier on, before his arrest the popular Fuji star with the stage name ‘Oga nla Fuji”, had reportedly challenged his manager, Matthew Adewoye, popularly known as Mathew Ididowo, of N75 million bookings embezzlement, after an urgent request of some amount of money from his hard-earned funds over the years.

In avoidance of a dead story, out of pains, Pasuma expressed his bitter grievances to the public, of how his manager had breached the act of trust between the two of them, upon which he demanded for his arrest and for legal steps to be taken.

It was revealed that Pasuma was extensively annoyed and disappointed over his inability to execute all of his budgeted plans with the funds he had with his manager. He was more infuriated over the reaction of his manager, which he felt was that of levity. Paso equally observed him to have reportedly attempted suicide, an act he concluded was cowardice.

Findings revealed that the expected fund was more than N75 million, which was the addition of all bookings funds from the previous years till date.

He said “I demanded for some amount of money to execute some expenditures on my desk, but quite unfortunate, my manager couldn’t provide any amount of money. I can sense he has actually used my hard-earned funds to make some investments.”
