Former Akeredolu’s Commissioner dumps APC for PDP

The immediate past Commissioner for Water Resources in Ondo State, Mrs Yetunde Adeyanju has dumped the ruling All Progressives Congress for the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).

In a grand ceremony held at the PDP Secretariat in Ore, Adeyanju with her supporters, numbering 3,500, said APC had brought suffering to the people and anybody with sympathy for people must exit the party.

The leader of Women Groups for Akeredolu’s Campaign in 2016 and 2020, said she can no longer pretend that all is well with the party.

Mrs Adeyanju was received into PDP by the State Chairman of the party, Hon. Fatai Adams, the Governorship Candidate of PDP in Ogun State, Hon. Ladi Adeputu, Deputy Gov-Elect of Osun State Hon. Kola Adewusi and Dr Eddy Olafeso.

Recall that Mrs Adeyanju had earlier resigned her appointment as Commissioner after she was moved from Water Resources to Regional and Urban Planning Ministry.
