Spanish club Sevilla have entered into the race to sign Almeria star Umar Sadiq reportedly being court by several top European clubs.
The Nigerian international last season, was a key figure that helped the Spanish second-tier division club to gain promotion to La Liga, netting 18 goals in 36 games during the process. The Trumpet Gathered
Reports from Spain by Marca reveal that the prolific striker has been on the radar of Sevilla though the asking price of about £22m by Almeria is considered too high to attempt the deal.
Other clubs that have also signified interest in the 25-year-old player are Dutch champions Ajax, Benfica, Villareal and Valencia.

Marca noted that the former Rangers forward has a good relationship with the influential Sevilla’s sporting director, Monchi, during their time together in Roma.
Meanwhile, a report revealed that the player, whose time at Ibrox was lacklustre, has become a prized asset for top European clubs with Villareal seeking to bring him to Estadio de la Cerámica.
