WAFU U20: Flying Eagles play Ghana in the opening game

The fixtures for this year’s West African Football Union (WAFU) U20 games in Niger have been released with Nigeria playing Ghana on May 8, 2022, which is the country’s first group B match The Trumpet gathered.

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria, in their second game of the event on May 11, 2022, at Stade GSK, will see them take on Burkina Faso.

Completing the group B games for the three teams will see Ghana take on Burkina Faso on May 14, 2022.

However, Nigeria U20 Head Coach Ladan Bosso, who invited forty players for trials, is expected to submit the names of the squad before the team departs for Niamey on April 29, 2022.
