Oviri Kelvin, Sports Editor, Abuja

Heartland FC of Owerri will on Sunday host Remo Stars at the Okigwe Township Stadium on MatchDay22 to continue their struggle out of the red zone of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) table.

The Spartans, who lost their last match to Nasarawa United, will hope to excite their performance to get maximum points at home to reinvigorate the pursuit of survival in the NPFL, The Trumpet gathered.

Presently rocking the bottom of the table, the Fidelis Ilechukwu side in their last five outings were only able to secure a win and a draw, losing the last two away games to MFM and Nasarawa united, will not take any chances in battling Remo Stars to a standstill in Okigwe.

Presently fourth on the NPFL table with 35 points from 21 league matches, Remo Stars who are two points below Enugu Rangers, and a point above Kwara United hopes to maintain their lead ahead of Gbenga Ogunbote’s men.
