72 hours after Owo terror attack gunmen murdered six persons in Ondo

No fewer than six persons were reportedly shot dead yesterday by unknown gunmen in Ondo Town, Ondo State.
The incident which happened in Sabo area of Ondo Town came three days after over 50 worshippers were killed at St. Francis Catholic Church in Owo by suspected terrorists during a Sunday service. The Trumpet gathered that the victims were roadside merchants in the town. The Trumpet Gathered
The bandits were said to have robbed residents of the area before they took off. An eyewitness revealed that the gunmen were armed robbers who attempted to rob homes and traders in the area.

Another source said the bandits stormed the area on motorcycles and opened fire on the victims at close range.
The Police image maker, Funmi Odunlami, confirmed the incident and promised to give full details via a statement.
