Embattled DCP Abba Kyari has today appeared In Federal High Court, Abuja for his arraignment on 8 count charges of conspiracy, obstruction, dealing In Cocaine, among others.
The suspended DCP pleaded not guilty to all 8 count charges filled against him by National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
