Mansour El Mansour has been named the winner of the Global Teacher Award in 2025. This prestigious award, now in its ninth edition, recognizes exceptional educators who have made a significant impact both in the classroom and beyond through innovation, community contributions, and efforts to shape global citizens.

As a humanitarian and advocate for transformative learning, Mansour is known for his charity work and his efforts to teach prisoners. He serves as a teacher at the Prince Saud bin Jalawi School in Al-Ahsa and is also an author. His community initiatives include a program that ensures access to air conditioning maintenance for residents during Saudi Arabia’s extreme summer heat. Additionally, he works closely with orphans and hopes to use the prize money to build a school for them.

Mansour’s journey from humble beginnings to becoming one of Saudi Arabia’s most influential teachers is a testament to his resilience, passion, and unwavering commitment to education. He has been honored with the GEMS Education Global Teacher Prize, an initiative of the Varkey Foundation organized in collaboration with UNESCO.

He tailors his methods to meet the individual needs of students, actively engages families in the learning process, and integrates modern teaching models aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
