Bayern’s Sporting Director, Max Eberl, has been informed that the Premier League team does not plan to sell Diaz and will not engage in negotiations for the player.
Earlier this summer, Barcelona made a similar approach for Diaz, which Liverpool also rejected.
The club is firm in its stance that Diaz is not available for transfer at any price this summer, considering his significant impact on the team since joining from Porto in 2022.
The Colombian international netted 22 goals for both club and country last season, establishing himself as a vital player in Arne Slot’s championship-winning squad.
He contributed 13 goals and seven assists in the league as Liverpool secured the title by a 10-point margin.

Diaz, who has two years remaining on his contract at Anfield, drew interest from Manchester City last summer and has also caught the attention of clubs in Saudi Arabia.
“I’m very happy at Liverpool – I’ve always said that,” Diaz stated while on international duty earlier this summer.
“The transfer window is opening, and we’re trying to figure out what’s best for us. I’m waiting to see what unfolds.
“If Liverpool offers a good contract extension or if I need to fulfill my two-year contract, I’ll be content. It all depends on them. I’m here to make decisions and consider what’s best for us and the future.”
