The federal government has reopened the long awaited NSIPA account, announcing that the payments of the outstanding nine months stipends for Npower beneficiaries will commenced soon.
The Minister of State for Humanitarian Affairs, Dr. Yusuf Tanko Sununu made the announcement at the flag off of the school feeding programme in Kaduna, on Monday.
