Moro Ojomo has achieved a significant milestone in his football career, becoming a Super Bowl champion with the Philadelphia Eagles.
The team triumphed over the Kansas City Chiefs with a score of 40-22 in Super Bowl LIX, held in New Orleans.
Ojomo contributed effectively on defense, recording two tackles and a tackle for loss, and played a critical role in limiting Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ offense, keeping them scoreless for nearly three quarters.
Ojomo’s journey began in Lagos, before he moved to the United States at the age of eight and started playing football in Texas.
His talent soon shone through, leading to his selection in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL draft by the Eagles.
Throughout his rookie season, he made a strong impression by participating in all 17 regular-season games and four playoff matches, amassing a total of 20 tackles.
