The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has unveiled its newly redesigned website, www.cbn.ng, which will officially go live on Monday, December 2, 2024. This development marks a significant step forward in the bank’s commitment to improving digital engagement and accessibility.

The Director of Corporate Communications, Mrs. Sidi Ali, disclosed that the revamped website features a contemporary design and cutting-edge technology, all developed in-house. Powered by Microsoft .NET Core 8, the latest and most stable version of the framework, the website promises faster load times and a smoother navigation experience for users.

The redesigned platform introduces an array of new content, offering a more comprehensive overview of the bank’s mandate and operations. It has also been optimized for mobile devices, ensuring compatibility across various web browsers and screen sizes. This enhanced functionality reflects the CBN’s dedication to making information easily accessible to a broader audience.
