Chief Raymond Dokpesi, Chairman of Daar Communications has died after battling with an illness supposedly to be a stroke according to reports.
Dokpesi, aged 71, who was a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), passed on at a hospital in Federal Capital Territory, Abuja according to a source.

The source said the AIT chairman was struck by the illness immediately after the Ramadan fast and had been undergoing daily therapy to resuscitate his health before the sad eventuality.
